Retrieve User ID or Reset Password Procedure

Retrieve User ID :

Step 1: Click 'Forgot Username' link at the login box.

Step 2: Enter in your email address or domain name associate with your account and press Submit button.

Step 3: Check your mail box to get the User ID.

Reset Password :

Step 1: Click 'Forgot Password' link at the login box.

Step 2: Enter in your User ID and press Submit button.

Step 3: Check your mail box to get reset password link.

Step 4: Click reset password link to reset password page. (reset password link only valid for 1 hour)

Step 5: Enter in your new password and press Submit button.

Step 6: Reset password is complete.
